Subconsciously, MOST could give themselves the best advice. We know right from wrong. We know what’s best for us. But do we take our own advice or do we simply display these ideas to others. Why do people want to act as the “wise forewarners” of life, love, and its mishaps, but can’t even do the very things they tell everyone else to? What is the psychological explanation behind this? Why can’t I take my own advice?
So the next time you urge, warn, give a tip, or put your two cents in let them know that they can take your advice because apparently you don’t EVER use it.
